Experience: I have been playing in Harry Potter journal based games for 4 years. About my RPing: I am a good speller and I know my grammar, I have a pretty good grasp on not typing annoyingly and writing with a certain amount of style and flavor. To me, this doesn't mean flowery, verbose prose. Not every noun needs and adjective, I promise. I'm not a one liner, either, unless it's for dramatic effect.
Activity: As long as a game is interesting and people are on to RP with, I am a very active player. When I'm not at work chances are I can be found online (except Wednesdays) and if I am indeed online that means I want to and am ready to RP. I update my journals at least every week, often more if the storyline and character interaction I'm involved in is inspiring enough.
Plot: I'm not afraid to stick my characters into plotlines, especially dangerous or detrimental ones. I'm not against character growth and development within a storyline. Along these same lines, I'm not afraid to let my characters get hurt or to humiliate themselves. I always like my RPs a lot more when my characters are flawed. My characters are rarely flirtatious or promiscuous.
Prophet: I will gladly help any game write articles for their Daily Prophet. Check out my Daily Prophet articles in this game or a brief example here (props to Seana for Liam Scoot. I use him with permission)
